Mr. Golub has deep experience in corporate bankruptcy law which he has practiced since 1986. His practice includes Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights, Distressed Debt and Secondary Loan Trading, Banking, Claims Trading, Private Equity Trading, Special Situation Investments, Derivatives, Secured Financing, and Corporate and Commercial Transactions. Steven has represented hedge funds, CLOs, private equity firms, other investment funds, investment banks, and broker/dealers, commercial banks, asset-based lenders, creditors’ committees, and a variety of other clients, such as manufacturers, trading companies, professional firms, real estate companies, service businesses, construction companies, and retailers. He has represented debtors, secured creditors, creditors’ committees, trustees, and other parties in large Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Steven is the founder and managing member of Golub Law, PLLC, and is AV-rated under Martindale Hubbell’s Peer Review Rating process. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a JD from the Boston University School of Law, where he served as a Case and Note Editor of the American Journal of Law and Medicine.
