Mr. Kravet has extensive experience in handling domestic and international litigation, arbitration, and mediation and holds an advanced law degree (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies. Mr. Kravet has been an Adjunct Professor of International Litigation at New York Law School, and has represented banks, multinational corporations, trading companies and various business entities, large and small, as well as high net worth individuals. Areas of the law in which he has significant experience include contracts, securities, secured transactions, intellectual property, employment, real estate, and bankruptcy.
